What counts as an HVAC emergency
An HVAC emergency is a heating or cooling problem where waiting could create a serious safety risk, property-damage risk or major business disruption. Not every HVAC problem requires an emergency call.
Gas and carbon-monoxide situations come first
If you smell gas or a carbon-monoxide alarm sounds, leave the area and follow emergency instructions from the gas utility, alarm manufacturer or emergency services. Do not stay inside to troubleshoot the furnace.
24-hour emergency number
For urgent HVAC service, call (705) 305-3654. Normal service and scheduled work should use the main office number (705) 720-2842.
